Additional Information

I believe in treating all people with respect and dignity. I love working with special needs kids and watching them learn and grow. Nonverbal children are just like regular children and thrive when you respect them as one. My biggest joy comes from seeing a special needs child learn a basic life skill and then gaining a new walk in life. They are happier when they excel. I am very old fashioned and feel you should work hard for your employer and properly represent the company you work for. If I get my regular work done, I always find other things that need to be done.
