Accomplishments

  • August of 2023, I was promoted into a TOOLs coach position. I was noticed for having an exceptional relationship with the consumers. Being not only emotionally but physically invested in my job working outrageous amounts of hours that resulted from anywhere to 110 - 160 hours in a two week period. Also noticed for repeatedly advocating for the freedom of speech and rights that our consumers are rightfully granted and typically taken advantage of.
  • September of 2023, My previous manager at Rhodes reached out to me and asked me if I would be willing to work at Rhodes again if it fit my schedule. She praised me for my charismatic personality and even offered me a higher position as a Shift Leader and potential assistant manager.
