Tiffani Coffman

I have been an assistant for almost 4 years. I became a Supervisor in 2023, being a lead role for the other assistants. I help guide the other assistants during appointments, and help train the assistants for better workflow and client communication. I also lead team meetings and personal one-on-one meetings. I also oversee the cleanliness of the hospital, in exam rooms, surgery, and other treatment areas.

I assist veterinarians and technicians during appointments. For example: restraint, filling prescriptions, taking accurate medical histories, and directing appointments throughout the day. I assist in surgeries; monitoring for pre, during, and post surgeries.

Being an assistant and Supervisor, I dedicate my experience to patient care, educational client communication and workflow effectiveness around the hospital.
