This position required me to take 200 plus leads a month from customers inquiring from different states. I have to make contact with the customer in a professional manner. Upon customers request, I get service reports, additional pictures and videos showing every feature of the vehicle and being very detail oriented to ensure they are happy with the vehicle. I have to earn customers trust with them purchasing a vehicle from me without putting hands on it, seeing it in person or test driving before they purchase. I prepare the vehicle for delivery, schedule delivery and keep the customer in the loop at all times from when its picked up to deliver to after delivery to ensure the customer is satisfied with their purchase.
