I am a senior defense acquisition and sustainment executive with a unique set of electromagnetic sensor sustainment experiences seeking an opportunity to join a company that shares my passion for supporting the Nations warfighters while continuing to invest and grow the southern Indiana defense ecosystem. My experience managing sustainment programs within the Electro Optic (EO), Radar, and Electromagnetic Warfare portfolios has enabled me to build a deep understanding of the different technologies and how they complement one another on the battlefield while also forging deep relationships with multiple program offices and large industry partners.

Through my career I have developed deep and lasting relationships with senior leaders across the Department of War (DOW) to include; PEO IWS, Naval Sea Systems Command Directorates for Cyber Engineering & Digital Transformation (SEA03), Naval Systems Engineering & Logistics (SEA05), Sustainment (SEA06); Deputy Assistance Secretary of Navy for Sustainment (DASN-S); Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Product Support (DASD-PS) to ensure strategic priorities and initiatives were in alignment with stakeholders.
Assessed the commands portfolio against Secretary of Defense’s Strategic Priorities and identified workload that could be transitioned to Industry Partners.
I assist Department and Division managers with the capture of new programs across the Warfare Center through my understanding of Product Support customer hot buttons such as; availability, life cycle cost, and on time delivery of readiness.
I build product support value propositions that are consistently recognized as discriminators when compared with competing courses of action.
I recently led the successful capture of a hypersonic missile lifecycle support and sustainment program.
Consistently sought out to provide subject matter expertise on availability challenged programs across the warfare center.
I provide 'return to green' strategies and courses of action to enable programs to recover and improve readiness.
I was selected by the ELT to represent the command for Wartime Readiness planning events that are held across the Naval Enterprise.
At these events I interact and advise senior leaders from the Office of the Secretary of Dense as well as Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Headquarters on strategies to overcome the Navy’s wartime weapon systems availability challenges.
In addition to my Naval experience I have planned, managed, and executed sustainment programs for manned and unmanned aircraft across the US Army, Naval Aviation Enterprise, US Air Force, and other classified programs.
