Began employment as A doctors technician, within a couple of months transferred to a new position as lab technician. My goal was to cross train in all areas to expand by knowledge and abilities.

Became a sales Optician in 2002 and was quickly promoted to General Leader.

• Involved in all aspects of prescription eyeglass lab operations. Surfacing, finishing, final quality inspecting as well as the maintenance of lab tools and equipment.
• Conduced weekly staff meeting; train on new policies, procedures and sales techniques.
• Responsible for overall store manegement including;

training, motivating, development of sales,customer satisfaction,budgets, payroll, daily operations, HIPAA compliance, and communication with the corporate office.
