• Helped build the company from the ground up from advertising to getting involved in projects with my own 2 hands. We did everything from Frame to finish. I made great connections with both customers and other trades to make projects run smoothly from start to finish. Hired help, estimated projects, priced projects, payroll, rfis, submittals, COC. Whatever it took!

• Manage projects from start to finish. Meet with Owners, architects, engineers I, general contractors give presentations go over building plans. Write scopes of work, order materials, experience with procore, blue beam and auto cad. Write up all submittals , change of work orders, SOV, and RFIs. Work with several different trades to make sure the project runs smoothly. Get contracts signed, order materials, arrange equipment and ensure safety. Do pre con roof walks to determine what’s needed for the project. Certified Payroll experience. I’ve gotten the company several written evaluations for both public & private projects completed. Contracts for the service department and help run several production crews.

Was a 1-1 with the highest needs kid in the school non- verbal and autistic. Kept record of both behavioral & physical growth as well as learning growth. Worked on goals to become independent. Often stepped up to teach the entire class of 5 intensive need kids as the teacher was unfortunately no longer with us most of the year.

• Ran the commercial Roofing and Siding department as well as the Residential Insurance department. Would meet with customers and adjusters as well as attending weekly meetings for large commercial projects. Estimated projects, write SOV, submittals, xicitamates, drawings, worked with eagle views, hover 360 & blue beam.

• Was a fulltime nanny for 2 twins with some mental & physical delays from premie till kindergarten. I implemented a fun learning daily curriculum. I dispersed medication, helped change feeding tube, took care of household chores. Am still a huge part of the kids lives to this day.
