Accomplishments

    Built the VizExplorer Project Management Office (PMO) to function as a customer-focused full service PMO while building transparency and consistency into portfolio planning, designing innovative execution methods, and driving learning and development within 18 months.


    Promoted after 18 months service to Vice President of Professional Services. Continued to improve delivery lifecycle by developing best practices, processes, and policies to ensure alignment with corporate strategic goals.


    At Venetian managed multiple IT projects involved in Divestiture Program.
