Currently still licensed , during my career using my certification. I managed several salons, multiple at a time. Helped open new stores and used ERP systems to complete inventory. I was in charge of ordering , payroll, new hire orientation, separation situations. I was required to train and attend training seminars. I was required to document and comply with state laws to make sure the salons were in code and to ensure stylist had obtained the correct licensing . I worked closely with my area supervisor's when they were out of the country or out of town on business trips I would act in place of their role many times. Used a POS system and was required to help set up displays. I had to hold employees accountable and build teams took several awards for top in sales and noted how high the energy was in my salon and manger's conferences. Had to work with in budgets for payroll open stores in a timely manner . This position was what lead me to obtaining my business management degree with a focus of HR. I enjoyed mentoring and training new managers, new hires and enjoyed creating a positive environment .
