• Able to work in fast pace environments, multi task, preform venipuncture using 16 gauge needle, 21 gauge, butterfly needles. After bag collection , fill tubes. Responsible for labeling and scanning tubes properly keeping everything in order with correct donor. Showing compassion to donors, making sure donors do not have reaction during blood collection , donors comfortable at all times, connecting to them, listening to their story.
