Summary

My experience within healthcare has grown immensely with time. I enjoy the variety in both roles as an instructor as well as in the field as a medical assistant and phlebotomist. I have greatly benefited from experiences and training that I have been introduced to over the years and I am very excited to continue to build. Having cross training in both administrative and clinical competencies has enhanced my role placement as well. Having the ability to work both front and back end in medical practices over the years has expanded my understanding of the importance of functionality within both roles. Being an instructor has allowed me to train the next generation of allied health. The ability to foster a positive learning environment conducive to success has been very rewarding .
