• Facilitate patient and family education/management of patient condition/injury as well as detailed instructions regarding medications and rehabilitation prior to discharge.
• Skilled in venipuncture as well as IV insertion and maintenance of IV site.
• Consistently Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation via EMR and other forms of documentation to maintain patient and Facility safety, accuracy and efficiency.

• Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention and Evaluation.

• Exceptional multi-tasking and self/time management skills.
• Currently holds ACLS and Ventilator certifications.
• Well trained and Proficient in Artificial Airway Management and Care.
• Dual role: (ROC-STAT Team-Member) Responsible for responding to Medical Emergencies throughout RIC.

• Collaborated with physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
