As a Process Assistant I assigned daily duties to 20 to 70 Associates, assisted with daily meetings and was also responsible for training new hires. I monitored over 200 delivery drivers routes and would deep-dive issues pertaining to returned packages.
Was responsible for assisting customers with enrollment into the workforce program, job search and registering customers into the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). With each customer I would work to identify their barriers to employment and then identify what programs that would best fit them. With WIOA they would attend several one on one meeting with myself and then enrollment into a school to obtain a license or certifications such as; CDL, CNA or LPN. I enrolled over 70 people into the program and maintained detailed notes from clients, schools, and employers.
Responsibilities within the Workforce Center was to maintain the area and make it people friendly. Set-out updated employment information, assisted customers with the workforce program and inform them of the programs that are available.
Was responsible for ordering, receiving, picking-up and turning-in equipment to include sensitive items and OCIE. Maintained records and receipts and communicated with Soldiers and civilians daily.
