• Manage the man hospital staff consisting of thirty-five employees and three clinics consisting of a total of fourteen staff for a main hospital in Minot North Dakota.
• Hire new the staff and oversee their training

• Float lead Phlebotomist that traveled to four major Swedish Hospital’s to support staff and patients on blood draws in a timely manner for quantity patient care
• Train new phlebotomists on the float team to be exceptional phlebotomists that fill in for lack of staff at the other locations needing coverage with integrity and top work ethic to be an example to the rest of the staff we supported
• Receive, process, and make sure the techs have the proper specimens and labs added to the specimens for them to run the tests correctly and result quickly for the doctors
• Process the tissue samples and other orders for Microbiology and Reference lab so that the proper tests could be performed

• Schedule medical appointments or times for the patients and make sure they can make their appointments with a follow up call ahead of time
• Accurately document all medical findings at the appointment and documenting in the patient/clients’ file
• Keep up to date information and verify, on all patients/clients and their medications
• File necessary paperwork with the state for each patient /client
• Make sure other staff are trained in giving and documenting procedures or medications given

• Checking on donors to make sure they feel okay and prevent them from passing out or hurting themselves by ignoring signs they could pass out
• Overseeing all the paperwork and making sure the processing lab is running correctly, and the blood or plasma being processed was kelp at proper temperature while in the resting state before processing
