The BMG team was tasked with the responsibility of re-vamping a new behavior management program for the youth in secure detention, in response to Ordinance 18637 regarding Solitary Confinement. The CFJC Transition Committee was responsible for various projects relating to the transition to the new Juvenile Detention Facility. Tasks included policy development, key controls, supporting staff transition by facilitating meetings to problem solve problems with the new building, created emergency procedure plans and provided support for any additional projects.

It requires an application process and 27 county wide employees were selected. The program involves classes and projects to support the development of future leaders.

This special assignment position was responsible for overhauling existing policy and procedure manual. Re-organized the policies into user friendly sections, added a trackable numbering system, analyzed, evaluated and researched policies that were over 20 years old to identify areas for improvement, developed new policies and procedures, organized a committee of peers to vet changes and recommendations, proposed changes and recommendations to department and division management.
Responsibilities included providing high level administrative support to company executive team. Duties included data entry, preparing reports and presentations, management of appointments, travel arrangements, expense reports, inventory, data entry, development of internal controls. Other duties include company wide computer administration and supporting Military RFP bid response packages.
Responsible for working with multiple state agencies to ensure compliance. Developed Internal Controls, training curriculum and procedure training manuals for all departments.
