  • Managed the Drug Testing and Release Services Unit, responsible for court support functions and drug testing of defendants from 2016 to 2023. Oversaw quality assurance for the Department of Engagement and System Support (DESS) while managing contracts for services related to defendant supervision between 2016 and 2019.

  • Participated in the development of documents supporting and guidance for PSA’s transition to Risk Based Supervision; participant in the Agency’s Priority Goal taskforce; conducted presentations before Agency executive leadership on the research and evidence-based approaches to PSA’s risk based supervision protocols
