I think I would be a good tutor because I am patient, understanding, and willing to help others learn. I would make sure to explain things clearly and in a way that is easy to understand instead of making someone feel bad for not knowing something. I would listen to the person I am tutoring and change the way I explain something if they are still confused. I am also responsible and would try my best to make tutoring a positive and comfortable experience. I would encourage students to keep trying and help them feel more confident in their work. I struggle sometimes too and it’s always nice to have a person you can be comfortable and turn to when you need to.
