Hi, there! I'm Tiffany. I’m a curious being who thrives on connection, personal discovery, and growth. Whether I’m teaching yoga, supporting others on their healing journeys, or stepping into new roles, I bring presence, compassion, and a strong desire to contribute. Helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom is at the heart of what drives me. I’m eager to learn, open to new challenges, and committed to showing up fully—whether in the field, in a classroom, or in conversation. I believe deeply in finding beauty in the process and doing my part to help build a better tomorrow. I look forward to growing alongside others and bringing my dedication and heart to meaningful work.
I facilitated group therapy sessions that encouraged open communication and a supportive environment. I also conducted one-on-one counseling sessions to address individual client needs and provide personalized support. I maintained accurate, confidential records and collaborated with the treatment team to create individualized plans. I provided crisis intervention, used evidence-based approaches like CBT and MI, and helped clients build coping and relapse prevention skills. I regularly assessed client progress, participated in case conferences, and educated clients on the effects of substance use and the benefits of recovery.
I foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages personal growth, self-reflection, and soothing the nervous system. I love helping others develop a more holistic approach to life. This experience helps me test and expand my own interpersonal and teaching skills.
Over the last decade and a half, I have provided long-term childcare for nine families. During this time, my responsibilities included nurturing children aged newborn to twelve, cleaning and managing home organization, meal preparation, and transportation. I learned a lot about how to be calm amidst chaos and also how to more wholesomely care for others.
I had many roles at this organic farming operation. I designed the website and media content for the farm, assisted customers in touring the land and choosing produce, maintained garden orderliness and performed any miscellaneous tasks required to keep the farm operating at its fullest potential. (See yoga and reiki experience below)
At Thee Tree House, I hosted a variety of holistic workshops. These included introductory courses in herbalism and yoga. I planned, marketed, and hosted these workshops, creating an atmosphere for attendees that was conducive to healing, learning and growing.
At CommQuest Services, Inc., I helped children ages 0-6, on their path of social-emotional development. Social-emotional coaching is a process that involves assessing children, learning about their adverse experiences, and implementing personalized strategies to help kids become the best version of themselves.
I have worked multiple jobs in the high-end catering industry. This included working at Congress Lake Country Club and The Blackwell Inn and Conference Center. In these roles I learned dining decorum, to be more attentive to the needs of others, and how to outline and achieve goals within time constraints.
At Ganley, I managed costumer communications and helped facilitate day-to-day business operations. I learned a lot about the operations side of doing business and further developed my communication skills.
At Annashae Staffing Solutions, I located and recruited medical professionals via phone and email, managed communication services, and organized physician databases. This experience helped me develop my communication skills, computer literacy, and organizational competency.
At Chuck E Cheese, I learned how to create a spontaneous environment for kids to have fun. I wanted every child to have a memorable birthday. I was involved in planning the parties with parents and seeing it through to the end. I learned how to plan events that were both safe and enjoyable for children.
