Processed Plasma Units at a plasma donation site, I also completed packaging and shipping of units, data entry was and is a part of the process. I also performed screening of donors by doing vitals, fingersticks and physical assessments to determine eligibility. I assisted with stock and inventory, customer service was/is always in the forefront of whatever I did. I also performed thorough sanitation of my work area and throughout the facility on a daily basis. Maintained biohazard waste also daily. I love working with people!

I maintained sanitation of private apartments within a housed community of elderly adults. I made beds, I washed laundry, I cleaned appliances, I sanitized and sterilized bathrooms, I also removed hazardous waste. I also was a lead housekeeper and trained. I maintained the stock and inventory for my department. I love to give good customer service!

I was a cashier for a large gastation chain that had grocery amenities. I maintained maintenance of the gas pumps, helped with sanitation, stock and inventory and gave my best customer service to each individual I helped,even if it meant going to pump an elderly patrons gas or disabled patron.

I performed phlebotomy/venipuncture, I participated in life saving techniques when the situation required it. I performed specimen preparation i.e. centrifuging, separating/ aliquotting blood manually, running CBC testing machine on site, labeling tissue samples for pathology, data entry, medical coding, Medical stock and inventory, providing pt.results for physicians, sendouts for specialty laboratory work etc.

I was a Medical Assistant for the front and back office, I performed phlebotomy/ venipuncture, vital signs, I assisted with in office Medical procedures related to Gynecology or infertility procedures, assisted with ultrasounds, Invitro procedures, EKGs, injections, sterilization of surgical tools, stock and inventory, made appts, handled Medical referrals, gave medical testing results to patients, filing and billing, and pt education on procedures. Customer service was always first on the agenda.

I was an I team member, I along with the residents guardians/ social worker/ Physician and WCLS put together goals for individuals who had suffered brain injuries or whom were born with mental handicaps. I worked in a workshop environment (CWO) and the group home environment ( Quest) they were both under the same ownership. I administered Medications under a nurse/physician directive. I also attended Schoolcraft College for a certification under Wayne County Living Services to be able to perform my job duties. I assisted with Dr's apps, I helped with house hold chores, I assisted with meal preps, I took those under my care on community outings. I gave customer service to the individuals i served that I would want to receive.

I attended a medical vocational school ( Crockett) for nursing and after completing 2yrs in the program I was able to work a summer job in that field. I performed mostly medical filing/ clerical, but I also was able to perform vitals and weight checks for the pediatric pts. Who were recipients of WIC program. I loved this job, customer service is important to me.

I worked at a nursing home as a volunteer when I attended Crockett Vocational school. The job was a part of my grade as it related to the curriculum I was studying. I helped with bathing, changing colostomy bags, ROM on the elderly who couldn't move, changed bed sore dressings, bedding and interviewed the patients/ residents I took care of. It was a very thoughtful experience, I'll never forget where customer service really mattered.

I was 14 at the time I got my summer job, I was stationed on the great Belle Isle Island. I performed sanitation on the beach, the bathrooms, the playscape area, the aquarium, the casino and the other parts of the island as a whole. Thankful for the early start, the opportunity. This job set the tone for the discipline I adhered to as I moved forward in the workforce.
