Before becoming a lead I started on the line as a line worker, Which means i was cutting up turkeys and turkey parts. I quicly became a safty rep for my department. After that i became the AQL for my department. Which means i was QA only on the production side, I learned how to test water and look for anything bad in the meat. Once i was done learning that i became the back up lead and trainer.

I have the responsability of getting all new hires ready to go out on the floor. I am also in charge of making sure all carryover is being worked back in, I am in charge of making sure all areas have all the proper PPE they need for the day/week. I make sure all new hires are aware of all things safty. Im also the back up for other leads if they arent here,

I make sure other leads are okay and if they need anything i help them, At the end of my day im also in charge of doing the production report.

When i first started here i was a prescription sorter, which means i counted and made sure all medicine was there for the right amount. Soon after i did that i became a delivery driver for them. Which means i transported peoples medication to them that wasnt able to pick it up themselves.

I was in charge of five others while being the head cook. I was in charge of making sure all special meals was made for the individuals that had to have a special diet or a special meal made, Not only did i cook the food I was also a server of the food. Which gave me the opperatunity to get to know the residents.

I was also the head cook here as well. I was in charge of making sure all food was ordered for the week, I made out the menu, Made sure every one with a special diet had the proper food. I served food and cleaned up everything afterwards, I also cooked all of the diet meals that needed cooked to insure everyone got what they was supposed to.
