STEM4ALL and Just Transition Platform Specialist

  • Designed and implemented digital knowledge transfer and advocacy platform STEM4ALL to promote gender equality in STEM in the Europe and Central Asia (ECA) region.
  • Facilitate country-level, regional and global events and dialogues to promote women in STEM.
  • Created and manage global community of practice called the STEMinists network, comprised of 200+ members in 36 countries.
  • Build and manage partnerships, such as UNICEF and UNDP RBAP, to sustain the platform.
  • Advise 18 country offices and territories and IRH teams on women's economic empowerment policies and programs.
  • Research and co-author policy briefs, such as background note on gender barriers to women's advancement in STEM careers and "Harnessing ICTs for gender equality."
