• Designed and implemented digital knowledge transfer and advocacy platform STEM4ALL to promote gender equality in STEM in the Europe and Central Asia (ECA) region.
• Facilitate country-level, regional and global events and dialogues to promote women in STEM.

• Fostered community-building among cohorts of social justice nonprofits participating in Tech2Empower USA program.

Client: Youth Business International (YBI)

• Researched data on decent work principles through desk review, focus group discussions, key informant interviews and surveys to inform the design of decent work training of trainers curriculum for youth-led MSMEs programs in Bangladesh and India.
• Created and co-produced training videos for YBI partners. Designed and implemented learning model to exchange lessons learned and best practices to YBI's membership globally.

Client: Spark

• Conducted entrepreneurial ecosystem analysis in Iraq for private sector development and jobs creation program through research and interviews with 80 stakeholders.

• Established foundational processes for the organization, including personnel recruitment, knowledge management and procurement.
• Secured $1 million in grants to fund after school STEM programs for girls.
• Cultivated relationships with key tech companies to develop robust STEM Role Model Program and created networking opportunities for volunteers.
• Conducted research to inform informal STEM education programs aiming to sustain and increase positive attitudes towards STEM and to develop STEM identities.
