AmeriCorps 1999

AmeriCorps is a national service that provides help to communities in needs of education, the environment and safety, etc. During my year in AmeriCorps Collaborative, I was placed at Sissonville Elementarty School where I tutored and mentored kids in need. I also had to take part in trainings and numerous community service projects to complete my 1700 hours needed for my year of service.
