  • Full time position is called Dura/Duco/Glue. Perform rolls in creating nursing pins, milestone pins, medallion and belt buckles.
  • Dura and Duco are specific paints that are used to fill in nursing pins per customers unique order.
  • Requires being able to mix paints with precise measurements and correct colors customers order.
  • Hand fill pieces with pressurized air system, syringe, and needle that holds paint. Fine detail is required for successful pieces.
  • Part time polisher as well
  • Utilizing machinery similar to a lathe, pieces are polished to specifications of shop paper.

  • Step into other rolls that need help. Some of those rolls are sandblasting, MX, trademarking, and packaging
