TIFFANY TOUCHSTONE

Serves as the administrative officer of Elk Hills School District and primary advisor to the Board of Trustees. Responsible for the development, supervision, and operation of the school program and facilities. Responsible for securing and supervising all staff, instructional and non-instructional. Advises Board on need for new or revised policies. Supervises methods of teaching, supervision, and administration, including the evaluation of instructional staff. Assumes responsibility for financial planning of the District and prepares the annual budget with the assistance of the county office of education.
