· Lead planning for mobile pantries.

· Manage the schedule for food donations and pickups.

· Manage food log sheets to meet required food safety standards.

· Coordinate with Nutrition & Transportation Manager to schedule transportation drivers for food delivery, if needed.

· Maintain data files and documentation for all food distribution programs to ensure requirements and program objectives are met.

· Manage the food inventory to ensure adequate levels are maintained for ongoing food pantry operations, and to ensure compliance with funder and auditor requirements. Keep inventory current and generate reports as requested.

· Working with the Nutrition & Transportation Manager to create annual program budgets. Then, maintain knowledge of program budget(s) and assisting with purchasing.

· Work with the Nutrition & Transportation Manager and staff to store, stock, and rotate all inventory.

· Communicate weekly operational plan to Nutrition & Transportation Manager outlining program needs and objectives

· Meet weekly with Nutrition & Transportation Manager to communicate status of programs, including needs and targeted changes.

· Advocate for clients and programs and make decisions in the best interest of ENCAP and its mission.
