Provide Medical Weight loss services via telemedicine for Vestra Meds patients. Assess and diagnose patients who are eligible for medication. Currently manage approximetly 50-60 patients monthly and growing. Send in appropriate prescriptions for those meeting eligibility. Keep accurate records of patients progress. Monthly communication with patients and increase or decrease medication as needed. Monitor for side effects of medication.

• Provide concierge In-home urgent care services for adults and children.
• Provide Telemedicine services for urgent care complaints
• Diagnose and manage depression and anxiety-primarily telemedicine
• Run in-home CLIA waived testing: rapid strep, influenza, COVID-19, RSV, mono, and BioFire Respiratory Panel.
• Check for bladder infections, ear infections, sinus infection, etc.
• Educate patients on vaccine preventative care practices and guide them to a healthy lifestyle
• Administer immunizations and prescribe medications while ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Develop treatment plans for minor illnesses, including prescribing appropriate medications
• Provide in home "Botox" Treatments
• Manage chronic illness: Type 2 DM, hypertension, high cholesterol, hypothyroidism.

• Provided labor and delivery care for low risk women in an accredited free-standing birthing center.
• Worked along side midwives.
• Provided prenatal care and testing for pregnant women.

• Provided education and support to OBGYN's, RN's, NP's and support staff on homecare services for high risk obstetrical patients.

• Hired on as the first RN educator, with a new company and a new product called The Conception Kit.
• A product to increase women's chances of natural conception.
• Provided education to OBGYN's, NP's and MA's on product usage.

• Provided education of the Fetal Fibronectin Test to physician offices and hospitals.
• Direct instrument sales and education to hospital and reference laboratories within a 5 state area, (AZ, NM, NV, CA, HI).
• Managed nine states to provide education on Fetal Fibronectin use and collection.
• Worked closely with 15 reps to help educate and position Fetal Fibronectin within their specific markets.
