Work History

Operations Sergeant Major

10th Special Forces Group, Us Army
Fort Carson, CO
08.2020 - 09.2022
  • Appointed to 10th SFG(A) Medical Operations Section, Headquarters and Headquarters Company by the Group Command Sergeant Major.
  • I was responsible for all administrative requirements of all 10th SFG(A) active duty, retired, or transitioning Wounded Warriors enrolled in the Warrior Assessment and Recovery Program (WAR).
  • I coordinated and facilitated the execution of High Risk Medical Care of 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) Operators and attached Soldiers. I provided an initial assessment of a failing program as per my appointment conditions. I found the program was too decentralized. Staff, throughout all levels of responsibility were either complacent, ill-informed, or under the belief our organization was incapable, or unwilling, to care for the wellbeing of their Soldiers.
  • I Eliminated this critical coordination flaw by synchronization of all Medical Teams and staff responsible for the progression of Combat Wounded Care. I personally monitored each Soldiers' Wounded Warrior Care and progression in order to provide accurate return-to-duty status to the respective 10th Group Chain of Command. By Inserting myself in every aspect of a Soldiers care, I was able to fix all coordination flaws and restructure staff positions to ensure the WAR program would endure beyond my appointment.

S3 Operations Sergeant Major

10th Special Forces Group, Us Army
Fort Carson, CO
01.2018 - 08.2018
  • Responsible for managing 2nd Battalion, 10th SFG(A) Staff functions as it pertains to Combat Training and Readiness.
  • I appointed competent Soldiers to our Future Plans section (S35) to audit our poor performance regarding deployment readiness. By doing this, I established a Program of Instruction which allowed all subordinate leaders to remain up-to-date with scheduling, monetary requirements, certifications, and administrative responsibilities. This eliminated all contradictory and/or outdated information from demoralizing, confusing, frustrating, and unnecessarily causing complacence, indifference, or out-right hatred for our organization.
  • I wrote a new S35 Future Plans SOP, because not one (1) existed in the organization. This document is vital for Subordinate to High Command planning for any overseas training or Combat Deployment. I had to interview a multitude of Staff from the individual Operator, to Heads of Command. This was conducted in the United States and abroad in order to gather and document up-to-date parameters, processes, and key personnel which would enable 2nd Bn, 10th SFG(A) to deploy for training and combat operations scheduled for January 2019.
  • I insisted all Intelligence sections participate in 2nd Battalion's train-up for Combat in Afghanistan 2019. This action had been absent from the organization for many years, resulting in level 2 to highly experienced Level 3's lossing relevancy within the ranks.

United State Sergeants Major Academy Graduate

US Army
Fort Bliss, TX
06.2017 - 08.2018
  • Graduated USASMA with 98.4 GPA.
  • Wrote numerous papers on the importance of ASO proficiency and supremacy in our digital age.
  • Emphasized we have numerous foreign competitors who are either equal too, or better than we are in Human Field Craft.
  • Due to my exposure to high ranking enlisted leaders from Norway, Finland, and Germany. I was able to facilitate ASO type training operations with partner countries which had not existed before.
