• At Goodwin Procter, I co-created the Steering Committee to oversee Return to Office and Agile office design strategies leading to cost and space efficiencies and a more vibrant, engaging team member experience. Developed process maps and recommend workflow enhancements across the data, analytics, financial planning and analysis and reporting functions through multiple projects sponsored by the CFO.
