Accomplishments

As the Building Official for Archuleta County we have greatly improved the structural, energy performance and safety of home construction in the area with little to no cost to the homeowners. The short list of improvements include eliminating hinge framed walls, conditioning sealed crawl spaces correctly, ventilation of attics and increasing the amount of insulation being installed in the homes.
