  • After being promoted I became the head of the inside sales team with 6 employees below me. Me and my team doubled the departments' revenue in less than a year by making cold calls to various real estate brokerages in an effort to make the company the first choice in home warranty protection. The company expanded in 2022, after buying out another home warranty company which then tripled our call volume, added 4 more employees underneath me as well as adding 80+ new account executives for me to assist. I also worked directly with the developers in our department to assist with staying on top of any glitches or issues, so they could be fixed immediately.
  • As a senior account manager I was responsible for answering phones to generate invoices for real estate closings. I dealt with real estate professionals from all over the country as well as escrow officers and property managers. I would upsell the clients to longer term plans as well as make outbound calls when needed to close sales when people request quotes online. I was the first line of assistance to our 30+ account executives fielding 60 to 100 calls per day and countless emails. I would also keep track of data in Excel spread sheets and run reports to provide analytics and make improvements as needed.
