Partnering with our Amazon client leadership team to develop the events program for all 49 Amazon facilities in the downtown Seattle Headquarters. Support of Amazon customers with the planning, production, and execution of over 5,000 events per year. Manage a team that is dedicated to events in high profile buildings for Amazon in Bellevue and South Lake Union; acting as first point of escalation, providing support and direction, onboarding and serve as the main liaison between our client and team.   • Works closely with Amazon clients to ensure event details are communicated and in place while also providing exceptional customer service. This includes scheduling calls, meetings, and final walk throughs with the client and supporting vendors as well as ensure setup is correct as per the client’s direction
  • Coordinate with vendor partners (includes Property Management, Facility Management, AV technicians, security, and janitorial) about events and support needed
