I work in a kitchen and am currently wanting a different career, have been here for 4 and a half years and decided its time to move on. As the supervisor to the kitchen it was my task to make sure the kitchen was upheld to a good order, help out the front of house staff when needed, talk to customers when they have questions or concerns and kick out anyone who gets disorderly and is no longer welcome. Ensuring the kitchen im in charge of remained upright and ongoing in a good fashion without even the slightest of inconvenience although do tell, it does happen but I am able to find ways to get around it and overcome and move forward.
