  • Oversee daily income audit for all hotel revenue using Profitsword, Opera PMS, My Digital Office, Elavon, Agilysys, MerchantLink, and Davidson Hospitality subsidiary ledgers. I review all rooms, F&B, spa, parking, and other revenue streams along with cash handling and credit card reconciliation for the hotel to ensure correctness and accountability from employees, and to balance the IJ for export to the GL.
  • Process $500k+ in AP invoices monthly during peak season using M3, Birchstreet, and Bevager. I coordinate with all departments to ensure PO creation and receiving is conducted each week and in a timely manner.
  • Manage all group billing including AR accounts. Peak months I process over 40 groups and coordinate with clients and sales managers on resolving billing issues and questions. Process all direct billing requests, deposits using Sertifi, and PM account creation in Opera.
  • Responsible for all on-property tax reconciliation including collecting and processing tax-exempt guests and groups.
  • Balance to the GL over $500k in gift certificate sales and redemptions on a daily basis.
  • Process and balance to the GL all chargebacks each month.
