• Facilitated workshops and 1-on-1 training to operations teams across the legacy SOUT and GULF regions to help improve sort knowledge and increase productivity/quality metrics
• Presented best practices and “how-to-use” reports on district calls for the legacy POTM, PIED, CARO, FLDA, GRGA, GCST, MIDS, MISV districts
• Created and maintained many preload reports to improve sort planning and more easily present data to Sort, Area and Operations Managers
• Created and maintained a Cost Tracker for the RIS group to both evaluate how a station is performing post-visit and to assist with deciding if a station needs a “first visit” in the near future
• Assisted with training new Ground Engineering Specialists and legacy Express Engineers
• Participated in EDP testing for future enhancements
• Created plans (both peak and non-peak) for how to best utilize our building with the increased volume, staffing and contracted routes
• Took ownership over many company-mandated, self-audits of Operations and Safety categorized documentation and processes (BCSA)
• Rolled out new technology and company initiatives/processes within my building (EDP, MySchedule, ERMA)
