  • Was appointed the unit's Executive Officer (as a Warrant Officer over commissioned officers - to be the second in command over our Ammunition Company (approximately 220 Soldiers) setting up training for the various MOS (Military Occupational Specialties within the Company) including overseeing the safe training of Soldiers operating fork lifts while the Soldiers were using Night Vision Googles to operate forklifts and move ammunition.
  • Optimized resource utilization by conducting thorough analysis of requirements versus available assets, reallocating as needed to ensure mission success.
  • Spearheaded process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Ensured compliance with Army Regulations and Federal Regulations by staying abreast of changes and updating policies and operations accordingly, mitigating risk for the organization.
  • Inspected locations for safe ammunition storage as allowed by Army Regulations and as per the DoDESB (Department of Defense Explosive Safety Board) in CONUS and in Theater .
  • Accountable officer of the Bagram (ASP) Ammunition Supply Point (in theater ammunition storage point). Oversee safe operations of the ASP. Receive, record, inventory, store safely based upon type of Explosive and class of Explosive, consolidate (when applicable), inspect (during storage and prior to issue), issue ammunition to using customers in theater, receive ammunition from redeploying units, oversee the NEW (Net Explosive Weight Limits relative to the limits of the Explosives Storage License. Was signed for $129 million in US Army ammunition during my 2016/2017 deployment.
  • Successfully operated the ASP while supporting US Air Force and coalition members ammunition needs.
  • Plan for replacement ordering for all the various types of ammunition for the Warfighter in Theater based up on hand (issued ot the using unit), on hand, in storage, quantities, current and expected expenditure rate (expected contact with enemy) and speed of movement of ammunition shipments within Theater.
  • Calculate authorization levels for the various requesting units as per highers (DoD) guidelines based upon mission and weapons density.
  • Oversee the Amnesty program in Kuwait in 2004/2005 and Bagram in 2016/2017
  • Oversaw the ITEF (Iraqi Training Equipping Fund) ammunition. Ammunition and equipment the US issued/supplied to Iraqis through disparate and temporary operational support programs focused on border security in association with efforts to defeat ISIS
  • Was appointed the Master Resiliency Training (MRT) person for my Army Company.
