  • Support Engineering team with researching and developing all stations by building, identifying things that work and don't, giving feedback to engineering to make improvements for production and manufacturing team to flow efficiently, test components, at times to the breaking point to improve and innovate future iterations, produce 3D-print prototypes prior to full-scale fabrication, quality check parts, report to engineering parts out of conformance, and create/edit procedures/processes in all life stages of the station
  • Support Deployment team with international deployments in Tokyo, Japan for JMS(Japan Mobility Show), in Kyoto, Japan for our business partner Mitsubishi, and in Madrid, Spain for exposure to the euro market. Ensure parts and hardware is in a kit ready to go. Site survey/plan, build, test, service, tear down/clean up, and ship. Giving feedback to deployment to improve processes/procedures for future deployments
  • Support Manufacturing team with production, create FAT(Factory Acceptance Test) area with structure to test built assemblies/subassemblies, build assemblies/subassemblies, FAT components and integrate into station after passing, diagnose/troubleshoot failed FAT components, tear down and package station into modules to ship to locations.
  • Support Battery team with experiments and testing our custom made battery packs by measuring with sensors and simulating scenarios as in real life to test for safety and improvements, Safely disassemble and examine ways to prevent catastrophe, safely dispose of hazardous waste, plan and execute next test with new data learned from previous tests to try better ways to prevent thermal runaway
  • Support Quality team with parts and components before installing confirming accurate specs, fabricate parts, if possible to work, communicate with suppliers the problem and possible solution, and recommend replacements for parts for parts more updated and revised
  • Support Inventory team with unique/oversize loads and part, using unique machineries to move heavy objects and manipulate into place to stage and build. Update parts and tasks, unload, and load
  • Lead prototyping and testing of next-gen battery swapping stations, working with engineers to design, assemble, and validate components.
  • Diagnose and solve complex system issues, implementing permanent solutions to improve reliability of future builds.
