In high school I was slowly getting out of shape. Eating whatever I wanted, and never working out, outside of sports. It wasn't until I realized that I was 55 pounds over weight. I then devoted my life to constantly become a better version of me. I proceeded to lose all 55 pounds and devoted my life to making my body the best version possible everyday. I enjoy the way the gym makes my mind and body better. I enjoy the journey and the humility that comes with it.
