Summary

As a Tool & Die Technician, I've been able to incorporate multiple new processes to reduce non-value steps and improve the quality of our gauge area. My previous experience in Knife Grinding has given me a broad perspective in multiple areas of Pella's processing and tooling for cutting wood, vinyl and fiberglass. As an Engineering Specialist, I would be able to leverage my technical experiences, desire to learn new technologies, and ability to identify and execute projects with little supervision to drive improvements across the organization to meet Pella's business needs.
