To prospective employers;
My name is Tim Brownfield and I live near Corning, California. If you have received my resume, I am seeking a position with your company. Let's explore further to see if it's the right fit for both of us.
Having had a near lifetime of experience in the Plumbing trade, and on projects large and small, as well as spending most of my life on construction sites, I have worked with shops and on jobsites from California to Washington state over the years. Responsibilities include training apprentices, stocking plumbing shops, buying and labeling materials, testing for inspections and finalizing fixture setting. Additionally, I've managed large custom projects and lived on a 36 acre remodel project in Oregon for twelve years.
My skillsets are that I am self motivated, organized, work well with other sub-contractors , tradesmen, and employees while still being willing to constantly expand and learn. I'm also not afraid to ask for direction if needed. I respect my chain of command, as well as my coworkers needs and questions.
When I was working for Palisade Plumbing and Pump, Inc. in the Napa Valley I injured myself on the job, needing surgery on both knees, I felt forced at that time to take Social Security and retire until such time as I might heal. After a couple years of healing, I kept busy plumbing odd jobs and working on building up a farm with my wife of 47 years on our 27 acres. This and other plumbing work has kept me busy to present.
