Respond to service calls via hotsos. Fix kitchen and refrigeration equipment. Order parts and coordinate repairs with vendors. Repair refrigeration rack systems. Change electrical components, motors, compressors. Maintain all kitchens and respond to all emergency calls. Assist other departments as necessary.

Install commercial kitchens. Rough in piping, install walk in coolers. Hook up condensers and evaps. Perform start ups for all equipment. Line out projects to co workers and delegate task. Perform all warranty work. Walk projects on final health.

Run service calls, on call every other week. Perform service for kitchen and refrigeration equipment. HVAC repair and install. Install refrigeration for construction jobs. Warranty work.
