At Arrowhead Dental Laboratory, I was trained in the PTC system to start my carrier and I excelled in crafting high-quality dental prosthetics, significantly enhancing restoration quality through expert shade matching and design. Skilled in porcelain layering, emax cutback and combo cassis. Customer service is another area I ventured into to see what it was like from the patients view point. I was able to work chair side with DR's at Prestige dental labs from 2006 to 2012 and I gain valuable experience for what it really meant to be a dental ceramist and to see the expressions of the patient. I worked really hard to consistently achieved high patient satisfaction. During this time I also learned about the cost of supplies and material cost reductions. Which helped me to be more aware of the use of my equipment, tools, and supplies that was needed to get the job done. I'm a hardworking and passionate job seeker with strong organizational skills as a Ceramics and mentor I'm ready to help a team achieve company goals. I am a organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.

During my career I have met and trained with Willi Geller , Matt Roberts , Dr John Flucke in Chicago and many others over the years. My time in the dental industry has helped me to have a higher respect for my fellow Dental Ceramist. And with 30 years at AH and 6 years at Prestige. I have a lot of expertise ot give and a lot to still learn as technology continues to change the industry.
