• Developed Parametric Estimating Model to estimate future costs based on completed substation and transmission line projects, based on common project attributes. This allowed for projects to be estimated upon initiation within minutes.

• Worked with FirstEnergy Transmission in Project Controls function on ($5M - $50M) Transmission Line and Substation projects
• Provided reports on aspects of ongoing projects such as cost forecasting, schedule development / analysis and change order analysis
• Devised standardized project management documentation to streamline future management of repetitive projects.
• Developed project closeout report communicating project completion and comparing cost and schedule to established baselines
