As the principal of a large school with over 1800 students we were able to have many successes, including earning an A letter grade 2022 as measured by the Arizona Department of Education. This was the first time NHS had earned an A rating. During my tenure there were many attributes that I felt contributed to our success:

  • Cultivated positive relationships between community members, school students, and teachers.
  • Trained teachers on effective teaching techniques, classroom management strategies, and behavior modification.
