During this time I have built houses from the foundation up off of blueprints used a laser transit and equipment to get the lot to grade for the foundation as well as demo and remodels ,additions,as well as decks and porches as well as building cabinets to get the customer what they wanted with the space they have

My time at m&jc consisted off communicating with tenants to diagnose and repair multiple plumbing and electrical issues I've also used a excavator as well as a skidsreer to install a couple septic tanks as well as repaired exterior drains that tie into the city line,worked with our landscaping crew for fall cleanups as well as general landscaping we do property flips as well I usually go in when it's insulation and sheetrock time and stay till the finish ,paint, trim ,cabinets ,flooring I have also painted exteriors by hand and with a airless sprayer built multiple decks ,siding
