I am a U.S. Navy Veteran and a graduate of the NC police academy. I have been in the insurance claims industry for 7 years. I started as a field adjuster and worked for 4 years covering 16 states. I was promoted to a company auditor and worked part time our in house training department. I trained company staff and protential future adjusters for 3 years. I trained adjusters from across the country in daily claims and deployed to storm centers during CAT events. I am proficient in Xactimate and Symbility and teach both estimating software during our trainings at our training center in Atlanta, GA.
