- I was called as the Christian Education and Visitation Pastor for approximately one year. I was responsible for the oversight of the Christian Education ministries of the church. I was also responsible for the visitation ministry of the church. I transitioned to being the Youth Pastor for approximately 7 years. I developed the adult leadership team and developed a plan to encourage the teens to grow in their faith. I also taught the teens and led them on life-changing mission trips I transitioned to being the Executive Pastor, and I am currently serving in that role. I am responsible for the daily operations of the church staff. I have developed or edited documents to govern the church, and provide direction for the ministries of the church.
