Timothy Ewing

As a Brassica Team Member, hospitality and guest service is held above all. Treating people to good food and a good time kept the place busy and had many coming back for more.

During my time here I have,

• Worked scheduled shifts and remained available to work during coworker absences, holidays, and busy periods.
• Kept work areas safe, clean, and organized to promote efficiency and team safety.
• Learned required tasks quickly to perform well.
• Developed healthy, fun, and really close relationships with all of my coworkers and managers.
• Worked different stations to cover and meet goals and expectations.
• Helped assist new Team Members feel welcome and at place while also showing them the ropes.

It's been a really fun job, and my time here has been nothing short of smiles and learning. I never had a bad day when working at Brassica.

• Worked with children of varying ages, interests, skills, and developmental levels.
• Boosted camp morale by focusing on positive enrichment for the kids and keeping them safe and active.
• Ensured camper satisfaction and happiness by adapting existing programs to meet their needs.
• I helped nervous kids feel more welcome by being goofy and relatable.
