With nearly 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, I have spent the last 5 years supervising and managing day-to-day operations. During this time, I obtained a CDL Class A license and gained proficiency in operating heavy equipment. However, my passion lies in the information technology field, and I have decided to transition into a professional career in IT. To further my knowledge and skills, I attended LeaderQuest, an ACI Learning Company, where I completed courses in information technology and cybersecurity, specifically the Computer User Support Specialist (CUSS) program and Information Security Analyst (ISA) program. My certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+. Held, Axelos ITIL 4 Foundation. I took courses in Certified Network Defender, and Certified Ethical Hacker. Currently, I am studying for CCNA certification. I am actively seeking opportunities as an IT Specialist, Help Desk Technician, Desktop Support Technician, Network Support Technician, Service Desk Analyst, Field Support Technician, or Technical Support Specialist.
