After rolls have been pulled and placed on the table for processing, I advanced the roll into the dump and lower into the unroll cradle. Remove tape/straps from roll and advance onto the cutting table. Scan roll into the Alcon. Visibly inspect for damage while processing roll per cut length. After processing the cut I would place the shipping label or balance label inside the core to be wrapped or stored back in stock. Do audits every two hours to ensure proper cut length to avoid discrepancies. Change roll tape making sure all rolls were taped accordingly. I started off in plant 26 as a LTO. I unloaded trailers and relocated carpet to bins for storage or the offline wrapper/ cut take for processing. I also worked as a cut table wrapper where I wrapped rolls to be shipped out.
