Enterprise Project Management In IT and Clinical Systems leading cross functional teams to deliver IT projects to the Evergreen Health system.

Projects led include, but not limited to: Alaris Integration to Epic, Rauland Nurse Call Standardization and Upgrades, Mufti-Factor Authentication.

• Develop and implement the IT project management, procurement, aligned with company goals and regulatory standards

• Maintain adherence to HIM and hospital policies regarding medical records, complying with applicable regulations such as CMS, Joint Commission, and HIPAA
• Advocate for interoperability among healthcare systems to facilitate seamless data exchange and integration of health information

• Assisted teams in managing mid-size to enterprise projects across various disciplines including infrastructure, data center security, and technology adoption. Supported clients in corporate, healthcare, insurance, and real estate sectors.
• Conducted weekly reviews and updates of project scorecards and reviews and approves project time on schedule.
• Owned financial performance (budget to actual, hours remaining, expenses, etc.) Accountable for projects' profit and loss.
• Determined the appropriate documentation (communication plans, schedules/timelines, status reports, quality plan, closure summary, budget, risk plan, etc.) for projects. Manages the quality and delivery of documentation to clients.
• Owned change order process including determining the need for a new Statement of Work versus a Change Order.
• Project procurement and adjusts schedules as necessary.
• Ensured that projects adhere to quality control standards such as project change orders, reporting and issues tracking

• Managed the development and implementation of complex projects & programs that improve profitability, reduce costs & streamline operations.

Projects were technical in nature, working with Vendors to establish routing protocols for purchasing devices and services.

• Manage multiple high-impact cross-functional enterprise wide projects from initial concept through operational acceptance (intake, design, dev, test and deployment).

• Worked with major Vendors like Apple and Securitas on implementing better buy flows and improving processing using traditional Project Management Methods.

• Led cross-functional teams to deliver complex healthcare projects on time and within budget.
